Our vision extends to providing housing with wraparound services for foster youth aging out of the system, ensuring they have the support needed to transition successfully into adulthood. By addressing gaps in education, mentorship, and life skills, we are dedicated to transforming lives and creating a brighter future for the next generation. Pathways to Independence
Empowering Youth Through Career Development & Trade Exposure
At Coterie Cares, our mission is to provide youth with the opportunities and skills they need to build a successful future. While we are working toward providing stable housing and wraparound services for transitional-age foster youth, our current programs focus on youth empowerment through interactive career development activities. These initiatives serve youth from ages 13 to 18 across the Inland Empire.
Interactive Trade & Career Summits
We host dynamic, hands-on summits to introduce youth to various trades and career paths, helping them explore practical, rewarding opportunities. Our summits provide:
- Exposure to High-Demand Trades – Youth get the chance to engage with industry professionals from fields like construction, automotive, technology, and cosmetology.
- Interactive Learning Experiences – Workshops, demonstrations, and interactive sessions that allow participants to try out trade skills and ask questions directly from experts.
- Networking Opportunities – Connecting youth with mentors, role models, and industry leaders who can provide ongoing guidance and inspiration.
Tech Summits: Exploring the Future of Technology Careers
Our Tech Summits introduce youth to the fast-evolving world of technology. These summits provide hands-on learning experiences that explore various tech fields and skills. Participants will:
- Discover Exciting Tech Careers – Engage with tech professionals from fields like software development, cybersecurity, and digital marketing.
- Interactive Tech Workshops – Dive into coding, app development, robotics, and other cutting-edge technologies through engaging, hands-on activities.
- Learn About Tech Pathways – Explore how to pursue careers in the tech industry, from educational requirements to internships and job opportunities.
